William David Bunch, 76 of Mill Inn Rd., died Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at ECU Beaufort Hospital.

David was born on October 19, 1947, in Martin County to the late George E. and Hency Humble Bunch. He retired from Embarq as a service technician. David was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, where he faithfully supported the church helping his wife Deborah with the custodial work. He loved guns, shooting, hunting, and family, his bible, and his Lord Jesus.

Survivors include; wife, Deborah Vann Bunch of the home; son, Isaiah Bunch of Williamston; daughters, Rachel Babb (Scott) of Walterboro, SC, and Phebe Bunch of New Bern; grandchildren, Owen Olimpo. Special cousins: Jim Henry Bunch, Steve Bunch, Joni B. Smith, and Robert Earl Lee.

A celebration of his life will be on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Memorial Baptist Church with Pastor James Henegar officiating. Private burial to follow.

The family will receive friends following the service in the sanctuary, and other times from the home.
