Vicki Greene Harden, 61 of Evergreen St., died Monday July 22, 2019 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital.

Mrs. Harden was born on April 15, 1958 in Hertford Co. to William Ernest Green and Barbara Bradley Matthews. She was a secretary with the NC Dept. of Transportation and a member of Hickory Chapel Church. She was an avid reader and loved flowers.

Survivors include in addition to her parents, husband, Merrill Scott Harden of Ahoskie; sister, Lisa Greene of Ahoskie; nephew, Aaron Cartright; nieces, Kelly Cartright and Amanda Williams; and her cats, Libby and Miss Kitty.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Gardens in Ahoskie, with Rev. Taylor Latham officiating.
