Tina Elizabeth Modlin, 56 of Mulberry St., died Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

Tina was born on September 20, 1965, in Onslow County to the late Horace Everett and Hilda Waters Modlin. She was a medical assistant and a member of Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Modlin, and her significant other, Timmy Tyson.

Survivors include her daughters, Jessica Hopkins (George) of Belhaven and Magon Modlin (Brian Rhine) of Belhaven; son, Steven Tyson of Winterville; brothers, Ronnie Modlin of Williamston, and Todd Modlin (Dee) of Greenville; niece, Hayli Modlin; grandchildren, Gavin, Paisley, and Harleigh.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Gary Bateman and Rev. Roger Leggett officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
