Timothy Karl Byrum 53, of Mariner Court and formerly of Williamston, died at his home Monday. March 16, 2020.  He was born in Bertie County, June 18, 1966 to Ann Evans Byrum and the late Wallace Jordan Byrum.  Timothy was an active member of Warrenton Church of God.  He was a well-respected auto mechanic by trade. He served his country in the US Army.

A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM in Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston.  Rev. Gary Bateman and Rev. Phillip Sharp will officiate.

Survivors include his domestic partner, Jessica Calp Williams of the home; daughters, Arika Byrum of Belhaven and Jordan Byrum of the home; mother, Ann Evans Byrum of Williamston; sister, Sonya Sikes and husband Brian of Manteo; brother, Michael Byrum and wife, Tonia of Williamston; granddaughter, Akrista McCloskey; nephews, Cameron and Brian Jr. Sikes; nieces, Brooke and Breanna Sikes.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 19 th from 1-2 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery and from the home of Michael and Tonia Byrum, 3981 E. Grocery Road, Williamston.  Memorial gifts may be made to Warrenton Church of God, 512 S. Main Street, Warrenton, NC 27589.
