Thurman Eugene Wynne, 78, of Wynn Road, died Monday, April,27, 2020 at Countryside Village in Pikeville NC. He was born in Martin County November 12, 1941 to the late Thurman Curtis and Elsie Williams Wynne and predeceased by his life partner, Deborah Brown and a grandson, B. J. Wynne. Thurman was a farmer and attended Until They Be Told Ministries. He was an avid fox hunter and an original member of the Beaver Dam Gun Club.

A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Martin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Chris Hardison will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 PM before the service at the cemetery.

Survivors include; daughter, Misty Wynne Steward of Williamston; son, Bobby Wynne and his wife, Teresa of Bethel; sister, Carolyn Modlin and her husband Mitchell of Williamston; grandchildren, Jacob Steward and Miranda Steward; great grandchildren Tripp Wynne, Kenleigh Wynne, Michael Wynne and Madeline Wynne.
