Mr. Terry Stewart Scott, age 61, a resident of Ahoskie, NC passed away on the morning of October 1, 2024 at his residence unexpectedly.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Williamston with Pastor Rex Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Hamilton Cemetery.

The family will gather with friends on Thursday evening, October 3, 2024 from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home, Williamston and other times at the home of Terry's sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Michael Pickle, 108 West Long St., Hamilton, NC.

Terry was born on July 15,1963 in Bethel, NC to Ruth Evelyn Hollis Scott and Walter Scott. He attended Martin County Schools and later worked in agriculture until his health no longer permitted. Terry attended the Holiness Church growing up and loved drawing.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Scott, and one sister-in-law, Glenda Scott. Survivors include: one sister, Amy Scott Pickle and husband, Michael of Hamilton, and one brother, Walter Lane Scott and wife (Rose) of Roanoke Rapids; Terry's caregiver, Carolyn Hall, who gave him much love and care, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews also survive him
