Teresa Edwards O'Neal, 56 of Leggetts Lane, died Sunday, June 30, 2019 at her home.

Teresa was born in Hertford County on May 22, 1963 to Judy White Edwards and the late Thomas Earl Edwards. She was a registered nurse. Teresa was kind hearted and loving mother and grandmother. She also loved animals.

Survivors include; mother, Judy White Edwards of Williamston; daughter, Cheyenne Renee' O'Neal Emmett of Asheville; son, Travis Austin O'Neal of Williamston; brother, Keith Edwards of Conetoe; grandchildren, two.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Williamston, with Rev. Tim Bowen, Rev. Roger Leggett and Rev. Gary Bateman officiating. Burial will follow in the Ahoskie Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.

The family will receive friends Friday morning from 10:00 AM until service time.
