Stephen "Steve" Christopher Arrants, 50, of Grey Farm Road, died December 29, 2018 at his home with his family surrounding him. He was born in Beaufort County April 23, 1968 to William Thurman Arrants and the late Daisy Beacham Arrants and was predeceased by a brother, Wayne Thomas "Truck" Arrants.  Steve was a truck driver and member of Shadow of the Cross.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Chapel in Williamston.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM before the service.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Perry Arrants of the home; daughter, Samantha Lenore Arrants Allen (Justin) of Pantego; son Stephen "Chris" Christopher Arrants, Jr of Jamesville; father, William Thurman Arrants of Plymouth; brother, William "Dinkie" Arrants of Plymouth; sister, Angie Arrants Quinn of CA; granddaughter, Ellie Allen.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Jamesville Fire and Rescue Squad, 1100 Washington Street, Jamesville, NC 27846.
