Mrs. Stephanie Ann Revels Patterson, a lifelong resident of Williamston, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice.
A celebration of Stephanie's life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Piney Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church, 10182 Cherry Run Rd., Washington, with Pastor Tim Askew officiating, and the Nursing Honor Guard paying tribute. Burial will immediately follow at Martin Memorial Gardens with the following serving as pallbearers: Thomas Ausbon, Kevin Harris, Jeffery Gurkin, Jamie Ausbon, Randy Rodgerson, and Wade Fulford.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church and will also receive friends at other times on Sunday, October 13, 2024 and Monday, October 14, 2024 at the home of Jonathan and Katie Patterson, 500 Alderson Rd., Washington.
Stephanie was born in Williamston on January 7, 1960 to John Russell Revels and Shirley Jane Ausbon Revels who predeceased her. After completing her schooling and nursing degree, she married the love of her life Jeffery Wayne Patterson on December 21, 1980. Stephanie was a member of Piney Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church and worked as a registered nurse with Beaufort County Hospital, now ECU Health for many years. Stephanie loved her family, and especially her grandson, Jackson.
Survivors in addition to her husband Jeffery Wayne Patterson of Williamston, include her son, Jonathan Wayne Patterson and wife, Katie Patterson and their son, Jackson Patterson of Washington. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and other close family members who loved her dearly.
Memorial donations may be directed to the Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice, 920 Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
