Ms. Shirley Louise Wynn Miller, age 85, of Williamston went to be with her Lord and Savoir on Tuesday November 25, 2025, at the Windsor House with her family by her side.

A memorial service will be held Friday November 28, 2025, at 2:00 at the Williamson First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Roger Leggett and Robbie Parnell officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

Shirley was born on October 7, 1940, in Martin County to Hazel Edmondson and Willie Curtis Wynn. She was married to the love her of life Tracy Welch Miller for nineteen years. She worked for June Day Manufacturing Company as a seamstress until her retirement. Shirley loved her family, eating, gardening and most of all  "Christmas" and decorating for all holidays.

Shirley was predeceased by her parents, husband Tracy Welch Miller, a son David Carroll Miller and her brother Bennie Wynn.

Shirley survived by her son, Tracy Miller (Tamara) of Williamston; two daughters: Sharon Miller Ange (Mike) and Tami Miller Harrell (Keith) all of Williamston; Eight grandchildren: Amber Miller, Ashley Miller, Ciara Garrison, Katie Miller, Stephen Miller, Britney Harrell, Cody Ange, Jessica Harrell, and four Great-grandchildren Alexis Caser, Brayden Miller, Olyvea Miller, Phoebe Garrison; a Brother Curtis Wynn and two sisters: Brenda Hackney, Dorothy Harmon.
