Rebecca Ann White, 86, of River Trace Nursing Home, Washington, NC, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025. Rebecca was born in Bertie County on February 19, 1939, to the late Aaron Starkey White and Lydia Jernigan White. Rebecca was a member of Republican Baptist Church, where she played piano for many years. She was predeceased in death by a brother, James S. White and a sister, Iris W. Bazemore. She enjoyed shopping and traveling with friends. Becky retired from Bertie High School as a cafeteria manager.

Survivors include 2 sons, Kenneth Lilley and wife, Ronda of Windsor and Edward Lilley and wife, Brenda of Jamesville; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial gifts may be made in Rebecca's memory to Republican Baptist Church, C/o Reddick White, 1141 Republican Road, Windsor, NC 27983

A private graveside service will be held at Edgewood Cemetery with Dr. Dennis Bazemore officiating.
