Rebecca Lancaster Andre 76, of Golf Road, passed away January 25, 2023 at ECU Bertie Hospital.  She was born in Windsor NC, August 3, 1946 to the late Hazen Glenn and Ruby Mitchell Lancaster and predeceased by her husband, David B. Andre.  Rebecca taught school at Lawrence Academy for 34 years.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Stafford Beasley will officiate.

Survivors include her daughter; Leslie Williams Enea and her husband, Emiliano of Fletcher, NC:;grandson, Luke Enea;  brother, Glenn Lancaster and his wife, Mary of Vass, NC; nephews, Haze and Mitch Lancaster; nieces, Cathy Holland and Courtney Brackin.  The family  will receive friends following the memorial service.
