Rachel Katrene White 82, a resident of Carrollton of Williamston, died Friday November 6, 2020. She was born in Bertie County to the late Raymond Odell and Elizabeth Conner White and predeceased by a son, Oral Graham Mizelle; daughter, Ruth Mizelle Draper; grandson, Steven Raymond Moore; brother, Steve White.  She attended Windsor Assembly of God.

A memorial will be held at a later date.

Survivors include a daughter, Frances Mizelle Moore and husband Steve of Rocky Hock; sister, Ruth Daniels Hayes of Wanchese; grandchildren, Philip Dail, Elizabeth and Nathan Mizelle, Emily Moore and Jacob Draper; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchildren.
