Patty Ruth Mizelle Todd, 98, of W. Askewville Street, Windsor, went to be with her heavenly Father on December 3, 2025, at her home with her family by her side. Mrs. Todd was born April 27, 1927, in Windsor, NC to the late Joseph Leonard Mizelle, Sr. and Pauline Jernigan Mizelle.   She is also preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Wendell Todd; son, Larry Todd; granddaughter, Andrea Todd Visque; sisters, Beatrice Babb and Margaret Dilday; and brother, Joseph Mizelle. Ms. Patty retired as a teller from Southland Corporation.  Ms. Patty was a member of Askewville Assembly of God, she believed in the power of prayer, and was a God-fearing woman.

Mrs. Todd is survived by her daughter, Debbie Todd; sons, Gerald Todd (Marie), Brent Todd (Wendy), Allan Todd and Tim Todd (Ann); sister; Barbara Williford; twelve grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Portsmouth Christian Church in Portsmouth, VA with the Pastor Tim Todd officiating and Doug Bazemore providing the music. Austin Johnson, Kristopher Todd, Gerry Todd, Leonard Todd, Brandon Todd and Robbie Seaton will be serving as pallbearers.

The Todd family with receive friends one hour prior to the service at Portsmouth Christian Church.
