Ms. Patricia "Pat" Gail Evans White, a resident of Red Bird Lane, Windsor passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, at the Service League of Greenville Impatient Hospice with her family by her side.

A celebration of Pats life will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Askewville Baptist Church with Zach Hicks officiating, and special music provided by Jennifer Jackson. Burial will follow at the family plot in Edgewood Cemetery beside her late husband. The Family will receive friends on Monday, September 1, 2025, from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor. The family will receive friends at other times at her home.

Ms. Pat was born in Bluefield, WV on June 9, 1950, to Hunter and Betty Jo Vest Evans who have now have preceded her in death. After her schooling she met and later married Joseph Willard White, Jr., on June 10, 1968. Mr. White passed away on September 12, 2003.  Ms. White was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. Her past times included: mowing her yard, flower gardening, and spending time with her senior citizens group.

Survivors include her daughter, Renee White Byrum (Robert) of Windsor, and three grandchildren: Taylor White (Dallas) of Windsor, Joseph W. White IV (Tara) of Raleigh and Justin Byrum of Windsor.
