Mary Frances Patterson, 84 of Holly Springs Church Rd., died Monday, April 17, 2023, at her home.

Mary was born on September 11, 1938, in Halifax County to the late Herman and Willie Mae Vanlandingham Etheridge. She was retired as a clerk with Rose's Department Store and a member of Macedonia Christian Church.

Survivors include; husband, Fernander "Pete" Patterson of the home; daughters, Kim Griffin (Bill) of Williamston and Stacey Bowen (Irvin) of Williamston; son, Jeff Patterson (Stephanie) of Williamston; grandchildren, Allison Bowen, and Jonathan Patterson (Katie); great grandchildren, Jackson Patterson.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Greg Sexton officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
