Lester Eugene Smith, 55, of West Main Street, passed away Sunday June 20, 2021, at Martin General Hospital.  He was born September 8, 1965, to Paul Delano and Ann Bland Smith.  Lester attended Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church.  He was a truck driver with AAA Cooper with many safe driving awards.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Rev. Chris Watkins and Rev. Tim Bowen will officiate.  Burial will follow in Price Cemetery on Price Road.

Survivors include his daughters, Courtney Smith of Greenville, Christy Lewis, and husband Cale of Wilmington; wife, Margie Lamm Smith of Williamston; mother and father, Paul and Ann Smith of Williamston; sisters, Paula Chambers and Penny Warren; brother, Paul Smith, Jr. all of Williamston; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church.
