Katharyn Williams Hardison, 82, of Williamston NC, passed away November  21, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Katharyn was born April 17, 1943 in Martin County to Eunice Mae Sheppard and  Carroll Williams.  On August 7, 1959 she married Kenneth Wilford Hardison. They were married for 31 years until his passing in 1990. She was also a longtime member of Holly Springs Methodist Church. She loved time spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two twin daughters Kelly Loretta Hardison and Karen Lorraine Hardison, three brothers, Charles Lassiter, Hilton Williams and Ted Williams. She is survived by her children, Mike (Sandy) Hardison, Tina (Galem) Revels, and Tisha (Joe) Tyre; sisters Rita Jernigan, Marilyn Hedgepeth, Edith Hartley, Gladys Rhodes and JoAnn Lassiter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Patrick Goupil, Paige Modlin, Scott Hardison, Lindsay Goupil, Chris Hardison, Brooklyn Jernigan and Hannah White; and 7 great grandchildren Killian Goupil, Ariana Modlin, Kyrie Goupil, Karleigh Riley, Dakota Pierce, Michelle Jernigan and Kamryn Riley.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home, of Williamston. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Holly Springs Methodist Church with Reverend Doctor Laura Early officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Brandon Jernigan, Jason Jernigan, Elmer Lynn, James Williams, Dustin Rhodes, and Gary Manseau will serve as pallbearers.
