Justine Mizelle Wilkins 63, of Lewis Mizelle Road, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Vidant Bertie Hospital.  She was born in Bertie County July 6, 1956 to the late Lewis and Elizabeth Davis Mizelle and predeceased by her husband, George "Buff" Wilkins; brothers, Junior and Jeffery Mizelle.  Justine was a clerk at Bertie Sentry Hardware for many years.  She was an active member of  Rhema Word Church of Deliverance.

At her request, no services are planned.

Survivors include her daughter, Chelle Todd of Colerain, sister, Betty Butler of Colerain, ex-husband and friend, William "Shorty" Todd of Colerain; nieces, Melody Early, Darlene Maurhn, Christy Dunlow; nephews, Tommy Butler, Alfred, Jeff, Jr and Dana Mizelle; mother-in-law Elsie Wilkins of Colerain; god child, Ivianna "Ivy" Richardson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Rhema Word Church of Deliverance, 320 Robert Street, Ahoskie, NC 27910.
