Judy Whitaker White, 61 of Elm Grove Road, passed away, Saturday, January 15, 2022 at her home.  She was born in Martin County, August 15, 1960  to Johnny and Helen Nicholson Whitaker and was predeceased by a daughter, Bobbi White.  Judy was a correctional officer with the North Carolina Department of Correction.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, January 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the White-Jernigan Cemetery, 653 Elm Grove Road.

She is survived by her husband, Steve White of the home; grandchildren, Jasper and Rowan Moots.
