Jessie Mae Harden White, age 90, a resident of New Rd. Windsor died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Three Rivers Nursing & Rehab. Jessie Mae was born February 8, 1928 to the late Charlie Grant Harden and Gertie Pierce Harden. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family and friends. Jessie Mae attended Askewville Assembly of God and retired from Wrangler.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Cecil James White; one daughter, Patricia Jernigan; one son, Charlie J. White; and two sisters,Callie Venters and Blanche Harden. She is survived three daughters, Gertie Cullipher (Ronald) of Windsor, Valerie Barber (Travis) of Jamesville, and Jeanette Hawkins; and one son, Robert Keith White of Windsor. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Lisa Mizelle, Ronald Cullipher Jr., Joshua Barber and Jacob Barber; four great grandchildren, Lewis Mizelle, Chandler Cullipher, Kyle Cullipher and Cade Cullipher; one brother Horace Harden of Windsor.

The Family will receive friends Monday, September 10, 2018 from 6:00 till 7:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and at other times from the home of her daughter Gertie Cullipher, 106 Wakelon Road, Windsor.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Askewville Assembly of God with Pastor Buddy Denton officiating. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Joshua Barber, Jacob Barber, Lewis Mizelle, Chandler Cullipher, Kyle Cullipher, Cade Cullipher.
