Jerry Thomas Wynne, Sr., 82 of 1999 View Nicholson Rd. died Thursday, November 15, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Wynne was born on April 30, 1936 in Martin County to the late Samuel Thomas Wynne and Gladys Mobley Wynne. He was a retired flooring installer. Jerry enjoyed bowling and fishing, and was a member of Community Christian Church where he had served as a Deacon.

Survivors include; wife, Peggy Roberson Wynne of the home; daughter, Lisa Wynne Pipkin of Wilmington; sons, Donald Wayne Wynne of Plymouth, Jerry Thomas "Tommy" Wynne, Jr. of Tarboro, William Robert "Robbie" Wynne of Williamston and James Mitchell Wynne of Williamston; brother, Robert Glenn Wynne of Williamston; sisters, Sylvia Brantley of Roanoke Rapids and Janie Taylor of Williamston; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Community Christian Church with Dale Minton, Joey Brickhouse and Daniel Voris officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM at Community Christian Church fellowship hall and other times at the home.
