Idalia Howell Lilley, 95 of Fire Dept. Rd., died Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Three Rivers Health and Rehab Center.

Idalia was born on July 1, 1928, in Gates County, to the late Lesley Woodson and Sadie Starling Smith Howell. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Bible Church. Idalia enjoyed quilting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Gray Lilley.

Survivors include her daughters, Faye Gilbert of Williamston and Dianne Hardison of Newport News, Va.
