Howard Brinson Harmon, 80, of Charlie Harmon Road, Aulander, NC died November 9, 2024. Howard was born June 28,1944 to the late James Milton Harmon and Mary Phelps Harmon.  He was predeceased by his stepmother, Ruby Mae Crisp; sister, Sandra Harman Vaughan; and brother, Jimmy Ray Harmon. He was a member of the Obie Taylor Hunting Club, worked as a farmer and retired from Harrington Manufacturing after 16 years. He was a family man who loved his wife, children and grandchildren very much.

The memorial service will be Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, NC. The Rev. Allen Harmon and Rev. Scott Bauer will officiate. Visitation will be November 12, 2024, from 1:00 PM until service time and at other times at 203 Charlie Harmon Road, Aulander, NC.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie McKeel Harmon of the home; daughters, Janet Pierce (Billy) of Windsor and Tina Bauer (Scott) of Aulander; sons, Charlie Harmon (Robin) of Ahoskie, Robert Earl Harmon (Penny) of Windsor and Bobby Harmon (Magan) of Aulander; sister, Gail Harmon Jones of Kure Beach, NC; brother, Allen Harmon of Aulander; grandchildren, David  Pierce, Brian Harmon, Michael Harmon, Ashley Bassett, Alex Harmon, Aydan Harmon, Colin Lewis, Eli Harmon, Cy Harmon and Caden Bauer; and nine great grandchildren.

Memorial gifts may be given to Askewville Fire Department, 105 South Askewville Railroad Street, Windsor, NC  27983.
