Henry Kevin Simmons, 54, of Republican Road, died Saturday February 5, 2022, at his home. He was born in Hertford County, June 2, 1967, to Kenneth Simmons and the late Kay Smithwick Simmons. Kevin was a mechanic with Regulator Marine.

Survivors include daughter, Kaylee Simmons; son Christopher Simmons all of the home; father, Kenneth Simmons, of Windsor; grandchildren Ryan and Liam Mizelle, Nolan Smith; former wife, Jeanine Simmons.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Saints Delight Church of Christ, 4670 Mackeys Road. Roper, NC 27970 with Rev. Chris Grimes officiating.
