Gordan Charles Fountain, 94, of Wendell Modlin Road passed away early Tuesday morning April 29, 2025, at The Williamston House.

Gordan was born in Quincy, Illinois on November 4, 1930, to the late Loraine Crane and Gordan Charles Fountain Sr.

Gordan joined the United States Air Force July 1950. Later in life he became a Ship captain.

In addition to his parents, Gordan was preceded in death by his wife, Aleta Brimer Fountain and daughter, Shari Fountain Harshberger. He is survived by his two sons: Steve Fountain of Williamston and Jeff Fountain of Arkansas; a granddaughter, Shari Fountain Wagnon, and a great grandson, Ian Swain.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
