Joyce Gail Williams 76, of 207 Old Hwy 17 North passed away Saturday February 17, 2024, at her home. She was born in Bertie County, December 28, 1947, to the late John Clifton and Allie Gray Castelloe Williams. Gail was a member of the Windsor Assembly of God. She had a masters degree in elementary education. Gail taught in several schools during her career, including Rocky Mount, Asheboro, Powellsville, Plymouth and Edenton. Her hobbies were gardening, reading, movies, house plants and caring for her cats and her dog, Sadie.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Windsor Assembly of God. Rev. Chuck Gray will officiate. A burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.

She is survived by her brother, John Keith Williams, and wife Donna of Windsor; nieces, Stephanie Rawls (John), Kimberly Marr (Tim) Allisyn Sanchez (Cristian), Natali Williams; great nephews, Cole Brooks, Holden Brooks, Judah Marr, Josiah Marr; great niece Jillian Marr; Gail's life long best friend, Cindy Pierce,

The family will receive friends Tuesday at Windsor Assembly of God from 10:00 Am until service time and from the home of Keith and Donna Williams at  1104 Powell Ave. Windsor at other times. Memorial gifts may be made to Windsor Assembly of God, 1505 South King Street, Windsor, NC  27983.
