Emitt "Keith" Cecil Fuller, age 90, returned to the Lord, and to Kay, his wife of 66 years, on February 14, 2026.

He was preceded in death by five sisters: Frankie, Nora, Bernice, Margaret, and Bea, and one brother, Harold.

He is survived by two brothers: Jimmy and Emory; three children: Emitt David Fuller (Tracey); Patricia "Patti" Kay Fuller (Jimmy "Cuz" Taylor); and Robert "Robbie" Edward Fuller; two grandchildren: Steven Justin Frenia (Jenny); Kyle David Fuller (Ambria Tolliver); six great grandchildren:  Justin Keith Frenia, Zachary Mark Frenia, Grayson Thomas Frenia, Addie Kay Frenia, Langston Scott Fitzgerald, and Lennon Mackenzie Fuller.

Keith was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to many. He had simplicity and humility about him that reminded you what is important in life. Those who knew him knew his patience and ability to remain calm in any circumstance. If he couldn't fix it, he could build another one. If you couldn't find it, he probably had one out in the barn somewhere.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake,VA with Pastor Walter Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the grave.
