Date Line: Colerain, NC

Cynthia "Elouise" Williams, 52, of NC Hwy 42, passed away early Friday morning, April 16, 2021 with her family beside her.  She was born in Hertford County to Nancy and Richard Williams and predeceased by a sister, Connie Williams Askew; paternal grandparents, Harriet and  Albert Williams: maternal grandparents, James and Louise Williams and uncle, Johnny Williams.  Elouise loved to listen to gospel music and hold her stuffed rabbit for comfort.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 19, 2021 at  2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Windsor.  Rev. Chris Howerton will officiate.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens in Ahoskie.

Survivors include her parents. Richard and Nancy Williams of the home; sisters, Josie W. Joyner and husband David of Colerain, Phyllis W. Howerton and husband Chris; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times.
