Donna Noonan Herald 53, of Brighton Park Drive, died Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center. She was born in Plymouth, MA to the late Robert Thomas and Anne McGivern Noonan. She was a very loving person with an outgoing personality. Donna loved theme parks and being with her family and friends. She made the best of life.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Reid Herald of the home; daughter, Kelly Anne Veasman of Dixon, MO; son Shawn Thomas Herald of Greenville; sister, Pattie Anne Noonan of Portland, OR.
