David Eugene Hancock, 68 of Meadow Run Rd., died Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Newport Medical Center in Morristown, TN.

David was born to the late Moyese and Marcella McCoy Hancock. He was a retired truck driver and attended the Baptist Church in Morristown. David enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Survivors include; wife of 38 years Shelia Holliday Hancock of the home; stepdaughters Frankie Jackson of Williamston and Gail Williams of Rocky Mount; sisters-in-law, Jeannie Bowen, Sophie Rogerson, Donna Roberson, Bonnie Holliday all of Williamston and Renee Wallace of TN; brother-in-law, Robbie Holliday of Goldsboro; aunt, Carmen McCoy of OK; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Martin Memorial Gardens . The family will receive friends following the service.
