Dalton O'Neal Rose, III, 37, of Pitt Street, died Sunday February 24, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. He was born June 24, 1981 to Denise White Johnson and the late Dalton O'Neal Rose, Jr. and was predeceased by his grandfathers, Dalton Rose and James White.  O'Neal was a heavy equipment operator with Waters and Waters.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his mother, Denise White Johnson and step-father, Chester Johnson; son, Collin Rose all of Windsor; daughter, Savannah Rose of Greenville; sisters, Karla Rose and Meagan Rose both of Windsor; grand-mothers, Peggy Perry Rose and Ruby Cullipher White; several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to a charity of one's choice.
