Clementine Evans Castelloe, 101, of Pine Ridge Road, Windsor, went to be with our Lord on December 26, 2025, at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center after an extended stay.  Clementine was born December 23, 1924, in Windsor, NC to the late Walter G. Evans and Hazel Brown Evans.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, James Rudolph Castelloe; sister, Elzirea White; and brother, James Delbert Evans. Ms. Clementine had an infectious smile, she never met a stranger, she was the life of any party on just any ordinary day. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she loved animals, and she sang in the church choir up into her 90's, she was even putting in tobacco in her 80's. Clementine was the last living member of the Pine Ridge Quilters. She also dedicated twenty years to cleaning Ross Baptist Church where she was a member for many many years.

Mrs. Clementine Castelloe is survived by her daughters, Jennifer "Doody" Daniels (Rick) of Merry Hill and Linda Potts (Bill) of Edenton; grandchildren, Shelley (Nik), Jason (Morgan), and Heather (Christopher); great grandchildren, Chesson and Rowan; many nieces and nephews and lots of extended family members.

A funeral service will be held Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Ross Baptist Church cemetery with Pastors Tommy Tripp and Josh Morris officiating.

The Castelloe family will receive friends Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:30 at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor and other times at the home of Jennifer and Rick Daniels.
