Catherine Jones Beecham 69, of 1730 Price Road died July 24, 2022, at her home in Williamston, North Carolina. She was born in Beaufort County October 24, 1952, to the late Bill and Chloe Jones and predeceased by her husband Guy Mitchell Beecham; brother Charles Phillip Jones; nephew Jason Jones; bonus daughter Brittany Barber and niece Tammy Barber.

Cathy was a veteran of the Air Force and proudly served her country where she learned the skills, she applied to her 911 Dispatcher Career of 25 years for Martin County. She retired to be Nonnie for a plethora of grandchildren and enjoyed her time at the Outer Banks, playing her crosswords and keeping the family stories alive.

Survivors include her son Patrick Mitchell Beecham, daughter Crystal Beecham Donlan (Dwayne Donlan), sisters Lucrecia Barber, Mona Maloy (Bob Maloy), brothers Billy Jones (Pam Jones) and Stacey Jones, bonus daughters Marna Kelley and Kim Cannon; Grandchildren Kaleb, Abbie, Madison, London, Eli, Lucas, Destiny, Zoe, Alyssia, Natallie, Carter, Jaden and Rayden; Great grandchildren Trey and Damian; as well as a ginormous extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, who were all included in the stories she told around the kitchen table.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Roger Leggett and Rev. Greg Sexton officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home and other times from the home.
