Carolyn White White, 87 of East Askewville Street, died Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.  She was born November 26, 1933 to the late Livingston J. and Lina Copeland White and was predeceased by her husband, Archie Lathan White, sister, Dorothy W. Jernigan and brother, Livingston J. White, Jr.  She was a member of Askewville Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for over 50 years and had perfect attendance at church for 47 years.  Carolyn loved farming and gardening.

She is survived by sister, Anna White Jernigan; brother-in-law, T. J. Jernigan;  her extended family; 7 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and 5 great great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Askewville Baptist Church. Rev. Zach Hicks will officiate.  The family will receive friends following the service in the church.  A private burial will follow the visitation.
