Bruce Howard Gammon, 80 of Everetts Rd. died Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Gammon was born on July 9, 1940 in Monroe County (Rochester), NY to the late Joseph and Dorothy Howard Gammon. Bruce was a retired plant engineer in the manufacturing industry and had worked part time with the Town of Williamston zoning department. He was preceded in death by a son Tim Gammon and a step grandson BJ Wynne.

Survivors include; wife, Sylvia Nelson Gammon of the home; sons, David Gammon of Williamston and Larry Gammon of Plymouth; daughter, Deborah Harper of Madison, GA; stepson, Bobby Wynne of Bethel; stepdaughter, Misty Steward of Williamston; grandchildren, Melissa Barber, Wesley Gammon, Blaze Gammon, Courtney Pennington and Jennifer Hilsman; great grandchildren, Chris, Chance and Jacob Hilsman, William and Matthew Pennington, Aelita and Mara Barber; step-grandchildren, Jacob and Miranda Steward.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Nelson officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 930 Wellness Dr. #B, Greenville NC 27834.
