Brian Christopher Hardison, age 39, passed away Tuesday morning March 24, 2026, at his home with his family by his side.

Brian was born July 15, 1986, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Deborah Revels and John Bradley Hardison who survive him. Brian attended Bear Grass High School and was later employed as a chef from 2006-2020 working for Jolly Rogers /Mulligans in Nags Head, NC where he won Best Chef three years in a row on the Outer Banks. He worked lastly for the family business The Village Butcher in Virginia Beach from 2020-2022 until his health no longer permitted. Brian spent his remaining years in Beach Mountain. He was the winner of a chili cookoffs and loved his son, Lucas, RC trucks, fishing, and cooking.

Brian is survived by his mother, Deborah S. Revels (Thomas) of Williamston, and his father, John Bradley Hardison (Debbie) of Virginia Beach; son, Lucas Wyatt Hardison; his life companion, Heather Iris and her children: Rayna and Evan Shultis; stepbrothers: Kirk Revels of Lillington, NC, Matthew Revels (Robin) of Raleigh, NC, Kristopher Laflamme of Connecticut, Michael LaFlamme of Virgina Beach, and Jeffery LaFlamme of Texas.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home, chapel in Williamston with Pastor, Robbie Parnell officiating. Music will also be provided by Pastor, Robbie Parnell. Burial will follow in the Lilley- Revels Cemetery with the flowing serving as pallbearers: Kirk Revels, Evan Shultis, Joh Weichel, John Revels, Jason Everett and Sebastin Rodriguez. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Williamston .
