Mrs. Brenda Craft Williamson, age 81, of Robert Lane, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning January 18, 2026, at The Carrolton of Williamston.

Brenda was born November 28, 1944, in Oak City to Willie Sills Craft and Wiley Craft. She graduated from Oak City High School and later married the love of her life Joseph "Joe" Garland Williamson on January 26, 1964, Brenda worked for Martin County Schools in the cafeteria at E. J. Hayes for forty years before retirement. She loved watching little league baseball games, game shows, playing cards, word searches, cross word puzzles and her crafts.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her husband, Joseph "Joe" Garland Williamson; six brothers: Alfred Craft, Buddy Craft, Kenneth Craft, Jerry Craft, Robert Craft, Ben Craft, Three Sisters: Grace Craft Bunting, Jane Craft Madry, and Alice Craft Bullock. She is survived by her three brothers: Frankie Craft, Charles Craft, of Oak City and Tiny Craft (Tarboro); three sons; Jon Williamson (Victoria), Gene Williamson, Wiley Williamson (Elizabeth); one daughter, Brenda Williamson Rawls (David) of Williamston; eleven grandchildren: JT Williamson of Charolotte, Jaden Williamson of Greenville, Brittany Bass of Greenville, Sabrina Vila of Georgia, Bambie Rawls (Georgia), Kristina Hollis, Caitlyn Williamson, Brandon Clark, Ashley Proulx, Rachel Hardison, and Christian Williamson all of Williamston; Twelve great grandchildren: Aiden Proulx (Williamston), Kensi Bass (Washington), Lauren Bass (Washington), Adakin Williamson (Jamesville), Colton Williamson (Charlotte), Heaven Coursey, Kevin Coursey, C J Rawls, Jaxen Rawls, R J Rawls all of Georgia

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Walker Funeral Home, chapel. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the same location. Pastor, Chris Hardison will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in the Oak City Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Jeff Rawls, Mark Bass, J T Williamson, Christian Williamson, Caleb Ambrose, Michael Craft
