Bobbie Jean Woodie Brown 78, of Tennyson Lane passed away at her home on June 23, 2022. She was born in Ash County, NC on May 15, 1944, to the late Herman and Irene Pope Woodie. Bobbie was predeceased by her husband Bobby Neal Brown. She was a member of Cashie Baptist Church and served on the Board of Directors of the Lawrence Memorial Public Library.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 27, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Cashie Baptist Church. Rev. Stafford Beasley will officiate. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor where she will be buried next to her husband.

Survivors include her daughter, Jan Trevillian (Bernie Trevillian) of Kill Devil Hills, NC; brothers, Denver Woodie (Regina) of North Wilkesboro, VA and Bill Woodie of Salisbury, NC; sister, Mary Louise Landreth of Concord, NC, Judy Dumpreth (Dale) of Kansas City, KS and Patty Lewis of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Sarah Robbins, Matthew Trevillian, Ben Trevillian and Marcus Robbins; and great grandchild, Jacob Robbins.

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Walker Funeral Home-Windsor from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
