Beverly Broyles Davis, 61, of Plymouth, NC died October 14, 2024, at ECU Medical Center in Greenville, NC.  Beverly was born March 3, 1963, to James and Phyllis Broyles. Mrs. Davis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She was a faithful member of Roper Baptist Church and enjoyed shopping and teaching. MiMi, as she was known by her grandchildren, was the life of the party at home and at school, where she enjoyed teaching. Beverly was an Exceptional Children's Teacher for the Washington County school system. She had her Master's degree and was working on her Doctorate Degree in Special Education.  Her family will remember her for her great love of helping others before herself and her love of pink and Michael Kors.

Beverly was a joy to be around and had no problem telling you like it is. She got along with anyone she met and always left a good impression. Her passion for teaching went deeper than the students. She made sure anyone who was around her was doing as they were supposed to for the benefit of the child. She was always willing to travel no matter how far the destination was.

A funeral service will be held, Monday, October 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Roper Baptist Church, Roper, NC. The Rev. Howard Simpson, Jr. will officiate. The burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens in Plymouth, NC.

She leaves behind her husband, Willie Davis of the home; daughters, Megan Ramsey (Joseph Ramsey) of Concord, NC and Diamond Davis; sons, Ethan Davis (Ciara Singleton) of Plymouth, NC and Mister Davis (Daja Vincent) of Plymouth, NC; sister, Sherrie Hostetter (Jeff Hostetter) of West Africa; brother, Gregory Broyles (Debbie Broyles) of Kill Devils Hills, NC, and grandchildren, Trenton Phelps, Kaiden Davis, Christian Davis, Carmen Davis, Kenya Davis, Ava Ramsey, Aubrey Tann, and Kehlani Davis, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the home of Annette Davis at 1206 East Main St, Plymouth, NC  27962.  Memorial gifts may be made to Roper Baptist Church, 44 Griffin Road, Roper, NC  27970.
