Betty Lou Hoggard 81, of Windsor, NC, died Thursday February 20, 2020 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. Born December 18, 1938 in Bertie County to the late Jesse and Glennie Mitchell Hoggard, she was a graduate of Bertie County Schools and worked in administration for the US Government. Miss Hoggard attended Ross Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by one sister Odell Hoggard. Survivors include two brothers: Alvin Hoggard and Brodie Hoggard both of Colerain.

A private celebration of her life will be held Saturday January 22, 2020. A private burial to follow at the family plot in Edgewood Cemetery.
