Mr. Benjamin Elton (Bennie) Wynn, a resident of East Circle Drive Hamilton, NC  passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at ECU Medical Center Windsor, NC.

A graveside service will be held Saturday November 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Holliday officiating and providing the music. John Whitehead, Steven Goff, Timmy Roberson, Chip Parnell, Andy Eure, and Gene Miller will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home-Williamston, and then travel to the Cemetery in procession.  The family will also receive friends at other times at the home on East Circle Drive, Hamilton, NC.

Mr. Bennie was born in Martin County on  August 7,1946 to Hazel Edmondson Wynn and Willie Curtis Wynn Sr. who preceded him in death. He attended Martin County Schools and on February 20, 1970 married the Love of his life Janet Lucille Roberson Wynn. Mr. Bennie Worked for Johnson Mercantile for twenty years and retired from Coastal Agribusiness with fourteen years of service and dedication.

Mr. Bennie enjoyed gardening, riding his three wheel bicycle and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son Benjamin (Boo Boo) Wynn Jr., survivors include his wife Janet Wynn of the home, daughters Pam Holliday (Jeff) of Williamston, Tina Hancock Of Newport, and son Ricky Wynn (Heather) of Pennsylvania; Four Grandchildren: Clay Holliday of Williamston, Courtney Buchanan of Alabama, Matthew Hancock of Havelock and Katelyn Wynn of Concord;  four Great Grand- Children, Sharolette and Melody Holliday of Williamston, Payson Hancock of Alabama and Kennedy Buchanan of Alabama, and soon to be born twin boys Finn and Sampson Buchanan of Al. Also surviving are three sisters: Shirley Miller of Williamston, Brenda Hackney of Grimesland, Dorothy Harmon of Louisiana;  and one brother Curtis Wynn (Angie) of Williamston.
