Benjamin William "Ben" Bell, Jr., 29 of US Hwy 64 Alternate, died Friday, January 20, 2023, at his home.

Ben was born on May 19, 1993, In Pitt County to Benjamin William Bell, Sr. and JoAnna Parrisher Bell. He was a 2012 graduate of North Pitt High School. He loved wrestling. He was a DJ, known as DJ Wheels. He was preceded in death by his fiancée, Taryn Moyer.

Survivors include, in addition to his parents; step-mother, Kim Gurganus; brothers, Cody Gurganus of Williamston and Joshua Parrisher of Greenville; sister, Cassie Garcia (Edin) of Williamston; his cat, Milkyway.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Martin Memorial Gardens with Rev. Roger Leggett officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
