Barbara Lee McKandles Storck, 81, of Sterlingworth Street, died Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Dayton, OH to the late Reeder and Evelyn Schutzler McKandles and was predeceased by her husband, James John Storck.

Barbara cherished her family, her friends and her pets.  She enjoyed and excelled in all things Art.  She was frequently acknowledged and celebrated for her talent.

Survivors include her daughter, Heidi Bonislawski and her husband Brian of Windsor, NC; son, Nicholas Storck and wife Myriam and their daughter Justine Louise of Chalon France; sister, Glenna McKandles and her husband Kenneth of Stockdale Texas; niece Fawn Kunnemann and husband Mark and their children Sara and Nathan also of Texas.

A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date.  Donations can be made to the Bertie County Humane Society in Windsor, NC
