Barbara Williams Bland, 83, of Tarboro, NC, died July 21, 2024, at ECU Medical Center in Greenville.  Barbara was born January 1, 1941, to the late Clarence Williams and Maude Silverthorne Williams. She was preceded in death by her two late husbands, James Cherry and Thad Bland; a brother, Clifton Williams and brother-in-law Kenneth Warren. Barbara enjoyed being a homemaker and sewing.

A graveside service will be Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Leggett officiating.

Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn Cherry; sister, Faye Warren; brother, Garland Williams and wife Joy; and sister- in-law, Fran Williams.
