Asa Tom Roberson, 89 of US 64, died Saturday October 30, 2021, at his home.

Mr. Roberson was born on September 13, 1932, in Martin County to the late James Adrian and Mary Ellen Hall Roberson. He was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church in Jamesville. Mr. Roberson served in the US Marine Corp. He was a carpenter with Milton Bennett Construction and enjoyed fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Fannie Moore Roberson, whom he was married to for 55 years. His sister Deannie Ayers passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Survivors include; sons, Larry Pierce and wife Margaret of Washington, and Gary Roberson of Williamston; brothers, Johnny Paul Roberson of Jamesville, and Thade Roberson of Goose Creek, SC; grandchildren, Rex Pierce and wife Casey, Bailee Cowan and husband Daniel, Jordan Clodfelter and husband Kyle; great grandchildren, Connor Bartley and Easton Pierce.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 2:00 PM, at Siloam United Methodist Church with Dale Redman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
