Ann Revels Phelps, age 62, of Creswell passed away at ECU Medical Center in Greenville, on Monday, March 16, 2026 with her family by her side.

Ann was born on January 1, 1964 to Joe Revels and Barbara Modlin Revels. After her education she became a mother and homemaker and later married Bobby Mitchell Phelps on December 30, 2001 and they had been together ever since. Ann attended Oak Grove Baptist Church and she had a great love for gardening, and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Ann is survived by her husband; three sons: Christopher Horton of Creswell, BJ Biggs of Williamston, Michael Phelps of Roper; one daughter, Rebecca Rickard of Columbia; brothers, Galem Revels of Williamston, JoJo Revels of Williamston; one sister, Catherine Revels of Aurora; fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ann was also preceded in death by a grandson, Chase Bateman.  Ann enjoyed a private, peaceful life. As per her wishes no public services will be held. Memorial donations may be directed to the charity of the donors choice.
