Amber Lee Dunlow, 54, of Windsor, NC, died July 21, 2024, at her home with her family by her side.  Amber was born April 8, 1970, to James "Jimmy" White and Vanda McDaniel in Portsmouth, VA.  Amber loved being with her family and friends and traveling. She was a member of Askewville Baptist Church.

A visitation will be held, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Zach Hicks officiating. Burial will follow at Edgewood cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter, Chelsea Leggett (William); son, James Rodecoe "Rody" Dunlow (Dianna Jackson); mother, Vanda McDaniel; father, James "Jimmy' White; sisters, Crystal Freeman (Kirk) and Jennifer "JW" Hoggard (Earl) and many nieces and nephews.
