Alice Nowell Craddock 74, of Rabbit Lane, Jamesville, NC  passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024, at ECU Beaufort Hospital in Washington, NC. She was born in Durham, NC on February 2, 1950, to the late Thelma Rickman and Thornton Nowell, Jr. Mrs. Alice was predeceased by her husband, Charles Arthur Craddock, Jr.,  a son, Jerry Wayne Ellis and two brothers, Charlie and Vincent Nowell. Mrs. Alice was known for her great cooking, fashion sense, love for her grandchildren and was also a loving caregiver.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2024 at the Craddock Family Cemetery, 1084 Rabbit Lane, Jamesville, N.C.

She is survived by four sons, Charles Craddock, III of Jamesville, Benjamin Craddock of Phoenix, Az., Jonathan Craddock of Jamesville, Chester Gaskins of New Bern (Sheri), and a daughter-in-law, Carrie Thomas of Williamston; five grandchildren, Desiree Craddock, Benjamin Craddock, Caden Craddock, Autumn Gaskins and Brandon Gaskins; 2 great-grandchildren, Maverick Brown and Myles Brown.
